B&B HOTEL Strasbourg Aéroport

The breakfast was poor, with tasteless food and eggs that looked so unappetizing they made us feel nauseous. The bathroom ceiling also looked badly neglected. Outside, we heard cars, horns, and street noise every night because there was no sound insulation, so we barely slept. The elevator was out of order throughout our stay. Nobody apologized or seemed to be arranging repairs, and staff offered no help as we carried our luggage up and down the stairs. Our rooms weren't cleaned on days three and four. The bins overflowed, the beds were left unmade, and we had to reuse damp, dirty towels. We also asked for shampoo every day from check-in through day four. Two staff members, one of them a manager, agreed this was unacceptable and said they'd fix it, but nothing changed. We had to shower without shampoo for all four days. This was sold as a “bed and breakfast” and cost €600 for 4 nights. I can't understand how it can be presented as professional service. The conditions and service were frustrating and unacceptable. It wasn't worth €100, let alone €600, and I strongly warn people to avoid this place. I regret the money and time spent here.

I was put on the ground floor and asked to change rooms, but the people working for the company seemed uninterested and refused. Few of them spoke good English, and they weren't there to help. The hotel was noisy. The booking machine at the entrance gave me only the door code, not the room number. I had to stand there with people behind me, use my phone, and say the code out loud to get the room. The room number only arrived by email after I was already there. Awful system!

The price was okay, but I didn't enjoy the stay. The breakfast was bad, and noise from the neighbours came through the thin walls and kept disrupting my sleep.

The room was very clean and spacious enough for two adults. Anthony on reception was a big help and went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. The electronic check-in was a little confusing. The next button was below the screen edge, so you had to scroll up to find it.
