Tulip Inn Residence Honfleur

We’re staying for three nights and got one of the larger rooms. It’s well equipped with everything you need, and the staff are friendly. There’s plenty of off-road parking, and the pool is a nice bonus. We were the only ones in it today. Lidl is opposite, and it’s an easy 10-minute walk into town. Some English channels on the TV would have made the room five-star.

I've stayed here a few times and have never been disappointed. The staff are very friendly, and they speak English if your French is a little rusty, helping you get the best experience. Honfleur's great scenery and food are a short walk from the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and some have a well-equipped kitchenette. Guests can use the swimming pool and sauna for free, and there's a steam room for a small extra fee.

There's a lovely pool and gardens where you can sunbathe, plus a lounge area to relax in. The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot and powerful, and the rooms are clean with everything you need. The kitchens could be bigger, but they do the job. The restaurant mainly serves pizza, though Honfleur has plenty of other restaurants. It's a nice hotel in a great spot, about a 10-minute walk from the bustle of Honfleur. Free parking means there's always somewhere to leave the car. Rooms at the front can be noisy, but it gets quieter later.

The children enjoyed the pool, and the place was nice enough, but the rooms could use a spruce-up. It's a good 15-minute walk into town, which makes going out a bit of a trek.
