The rooms are roomy, the bed is incredible, and nothing seemed to be missing. Breakfast was a real treat too. Mr. and Mrs. Lafont welcomed us so warmly into their magical, history-filled home that we felt comfortable right away. The amenities really do live up to a grand hotel. Thank you to the whole family for being so kind and welcoming. We’ll be back very soon!

The park was especially handy for letting the children run around outside, and the nearby barn with its stage would be perfect for entertainment at a family celebration. You can tell the hosts care about every detail: immaculate bedding, sumptuous rooms, and a welcome that made us feel at home. We had a wonderful time in a beautiful setting.

The garden was lovely and welcoming, and we were greeted so warmly. Once inside the sheepfold, it felt like stepping into another world. Our room was quiet and comfortable, with excellent bedding. A lovely weekend away for two. Thanks for such a nice stay.

The homemade breakfast was delicious, and our spacious room had been prepared so thoughtfully. The host added lots of considerate touches and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend staying here.

Martine was so kind and always attentive to what we needed. We felt like princesses during this wonderful little escape at the property, just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris. With the pandemic going on, we really needed a change of scenery, and this gave us just that. Thank you so much, Martine and Jean-Philippe, for welcoming us so incredibly warmly and giving us this timeless experience. It’s hard to head back to Paris. See you very soon! ❤️ Sophie and Isabelle.
