Hunspach is beautiful, and Sabine‘s guesthouse is right in the center. We booked the smallest room, but it was still roomy enough for two. There’s a shared kitchen where we made a nice meal, plus a seating area for working or having happy hour. Our bikes were safe in the garage, with electricity available for charging. Sabine was friendly and easy to communicate with, and brought us a nice breakfast each morning. Great value for the price.

We stayed from June 27th to July 1st and really enjoyed breakfast with the other guests. It was hearty and friendly, and we had some lovely chats. The host was kind, smiling, helpful, and attentive throughout. The gîte felt welcoming and was very accessible. A big thank you, we highly recommend it.

Mrs. Billman is warm and attentive, and knows the region inside out, so she has plenty of information to share. The breakfast was generous, with local products, and she clearly cares about guests’ well-being. We stayed in the spacious Alcove room with our dog, whom our hostess kindly accepted. It’s comfortable, though not luxurious, and I found the room a little austere. Still, it was a lovely, relaxing break. Thank you, Mrs. Billman.

We could have breakfast outside in the lovely landscaped garden, and the baguettes and croissants from the local bakery were delicious. The apartment was beautifully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, and very comfortable beds. There was plenty to do with the children nearby and farther away. We had a wonderful farm holiday with our three children, aged 1-10. They especially enjoyed seeing the dog, billy goat, and drake in the garden. Mrs. Billmann was friendly, caring, and accommodating. We’ll definitely stay again and warmly recommend it.
