We stayed for three nights in the two-bedroom apartment on the top floor. It was spotless and comfortable, with a simple setup that had everything we needed. The balcony was lovely, and there was a great view from every window. Breakfast was nice, with fresh bread, marmalade, cheese, and ham. The owner did his best to accommodate our wishes.

The bed was a bit small, but the shower was amazing. The owner was very nice and spoke French, German, and English. We had a really nice breakfast outside, and the location was handy for sightseeing.

Gilles made us feel very welcome, and breakfast outdoors was excellent. Our room, with its own bathroom, was part of a villa with parking and a garden. It was very clean and tidied every day. The place sits just outside Eguisheim in a peaceful hilltop village surrounded by vineyards. There’s no air conditioning or TV. I didn’t miss the air conditioning since it gets much cooler in the evening, and I can do without a TV, even at home.

A very friendly host and a good, plentiful breakfast. The shower was fantastic, and the room was cleaned and tidied every day. It’s a very quiet spot near Colmar.
