The spa was the best part for us: clean, cosy, and thoughtfully designed, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a busy day. My husband and I had a wonderful time and would love to come back. Breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh, high-quality options for different tastes. We also found the rooms comfortable and clean, the staff attentive, and the facilities excellent. A lovely, peaceful break in a beautiful natural setting near Colmar.

We had a good, quiet stay in clean rooms with a comfortable, modern feel and everything well appointed. Breakfast had plenty of choices and was well attended to. The spa was spacious and nice, and there are walking and hiking routes right from the hotel. Eguisheim is only a short drive away. I’d certainly come back. Getting to the spa was awkward from our room, though, as the hotel’s lifts are laid out differently depending on where you’re staying, and we had to take two separate lifts.

The restaurant was at a masterclass level, both for the food and the regional wine tasting that went with it. We were amazed by the nearby vineyards and wine sellers where you can taste and buy wine. This hotel and spa are a great stop for a quick trip along the Route de Vin. It’s up on a mountain between the forest and a small castle, with several types of saunas and a clean, modern pool. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone travelling through the region.

Our room cards stopped working before checkout. When we raised it at reception, we got an apology that didn’t feel sincere. That’s not what I’d expect from a 4-star hotel. The rooms and spa were great, and the breakfast service was good.

For a quiet stay with luxury and good food, this place has super friendly, capable staff. Parking is on a private lot with enough space for an electric car and chargers. The facilities are well maintained and cleaned daily. There’s an elevator, and the place is wheelchair friendly.
