The owners were exceptionally hospitable during our ten days here in September. The room was tidy and well furnished, and the big pool, free Wi-Fi, and useful tips from our hosts all added to the stay. The location also made it easy to head out on excursions, including bike rides through the lowlands and vineyards. Just keep in mind that enough wine can go to your head! We enjoyed it all and give it four stars. We'll definitely return.

Breakfast was generous, and Wi-Fi was free. The owners were really friendly and helpful. It's a beautiful hotel with plenty of character, and some rooms have lovely wooden balconies. I'd recommend it without hesitation.

The family hosts are friendly, funny, and accommodating, and the hotel sits in a quiet spot not far from the famous Auberge de L'Ill. Our cozy room had a comfortable balcony with seating, plus a safe and TV. Breakfast is always a treat: freshly cooked eggs, bread, cheese, cold cuts, and ham. Getting to the motorway for Strasbourg or Colmar takes only a few minutes. The Route des Vins (Wine Route) runs almost right by Illhaeusern, so it's easy to reach by bike or car. Definitely worth a visit!
