The only decent part was breakfast. The food otherwise was, in my opinion, completely inedible and made me feel sick every day. On the first day I asked three times to change the blankets because there was hair and poop in the bed, then I gave up and put up with it. We were six in a room on a school trip. There was no comfort of any kind, and we were repeatedly told to stay in our rooms and not go out after 9 because of noise. We were 18-year-olds, and they kept saying not to disturb other guests even though it was just us. The toilet and shower were in separate rooms; the toilet had no window, and its diffuser didn’t work, so it smelled horrible. Schools aren’t allowed to use the pool, and the place is far from everything. If I could, I’d give zero stars. I don’t recommend this place to anyone, especially schools.

I wouldn’t come back. The manager showed no sensitivity or empathy toward customers and their needs or problems. She just wanted to shout to show off in front of her employees.

It’s reasonably well located, with Colmar and Kaysersberg both close by. The micro apartments were clean and well equipped, though the furniture was very basic. The beds were comfortable, but the indoor climate wasn’t good: none of us slept well because of the air and high humidity, and the house didn’t seem to breathe. The pool is too small for swimming, while the sauna was fine. Breakfast was decent, about four out of five, but there was nothing fresh like a tomato or cucumber.

We booked one night at the last minute, then decided to stay an extra night once we arrived. The staff are friendly, and the little apartment felt like home. It’s small but has what you need, with shops and Alsacian villages close by. The kids loved the pool, and I enjoyed sitting outside on the balcony for dinner. A great place to stay with kids near Colmar!
