The hotel is perfectly placed, with restaurants, shops and ski rentals all an easy walk away, and access to the slopes right from the property. They also have lockers for ski gear. Our room had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was just right, and the croissants were the best. What really made our stay was the incredibly welcoming, friendly staff, who did all they could to make our time in Isola comfortable and enjoyable. We loved it and will definitely come back.

We stayed for four nights over Christmas in two adjoining rooms with the kids. The family-run team was always glad to answer our questions, and we felt warmly welcomed. The rooms were clean, had enough storage, and stayed so warm that we wore T-shirts indoors despite the freezing weather outside. Ski storage is by the lobby, with direct access to the slopes, so there's no long walk in ski boots while carrying equipment. Breakfast had all the essentials and was enough to keep us going until lunch on the slopes. Highly recommend it. We'll definitely return.

Breakfast was tasty, and there was as much as you could eat to fuel up for a day skiing. I didn't have dinner at the hotel. The location is ideal, right beside the pistes, and the team were genuinely friendly and unpretentious, which was the real highlight. It's a great-value choice in Isola 2000. I rented skis from Ski Pro in the town centre, which is also owned by the same people.
