The complex was comfortable and lovely, and the people who helped me settle in were amazing. It was quiet, close to the metro, and there were several supermarchés nearby. I loved the rooftop view of the Tower at night. This isn’t the place if you want to be in the center and near attractions. After a few days, I stopped going into the City center. The gym could use better equipment, and the nearby restaurants weren’t accommodating. Still, I’d recommend it for a longer stay. If I come back to Paris for another month, I’ll stay at Finestate.

The large, clean common spaces made a big difference for my family. We had a kitchen, dining area and work space, so we didn’t feel cramped in the room. Finestate Coliving - Mairie d'Issy was comfortable and good value for the price. Getting around was easy thanks to the convenient location and transport links, whether for work or sightseeing. The staff were very helpful and replied to my emails quickly.

From booking through checkout, Finestate’s service was impeccable. The staff were friendly, professional and always ready to help. The apartment was beautifully designed, clean and equipped with everything I needed to be comfortable. It’s in a fantastic location, with easy access to attractions and amenities. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended.

I spent 16 nights at Finestate and would recommend it if you want to stay somewhere away from tourist noise and crowds. The apartment matched the photos, with a full set of equipment and a recent renovation. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the internet connection was reliable enough for my work. It’s a very residential, quiet neighborhood. Two train stations are a short walk away, which made exploring the city easy, and there are plenty of restaurants around plus a supermarket. The rooftop has an incredible view, including the Eiffel Tower. I had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

The room stayed warm during cold days in Paris, and the cleaning was thorough. The team was kind, and it was great value for money. Perfect stay, 10/10, highly recommend. Hope I can stay there again someday.
