We kept our car and bikes safely in the underground parking, and after days out in the city there were plenty of facilities to enjoy back at the hotel. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and ready to help with anything we asked. We had two rooms for our family of four, with kids aged 13 and 16, for three nights. It was the best hotel we’ve stayed at in Paris. Every detail seemed carefully considered. Thanks so much!

Dozens of black, worm-like insects were crawling in our room and hallway, including near the bed and our luggage. It was disgusting and stressful, and we spent our trip watching the floor instead of enjoying ourselves. The problem seemed especially bad on the lower floors. After two nights, they finally moved us to another room. We reported it to Booking.com, but later the hotel denied that anything had happened. Each morning, staff vacuumed the hallway, which looked like an attempt to hide the problem instead of taking responsibility. Booking.com didn’t take action either, which was disappointing.

We’d stay again, hopefully on a quieter visit. The place was great apart from the fire alarm going off and nobody seeming to know what to do. The du Glen staff member struggled with the situation. Since we were checking out the next morning to catch a ferry, they offered breakfast as compensation, but we couldn’t use it by then.

We only stayed three nights, but had a great time. The room was clean, had everything we needed, and check-in and check-out were easy. The staff were really accommodating and helpful. We didn’t try the gym, sauna, pool, or breakfast, but the hotel was close to the metro, which took us to great places.
