Hotel Bootcamp by HappyCulture

The room, toilet, and location were all great, though the paint and balcony could use a touch-up to keep them looking fresh. I stayed one night before heading off the next day, but I’ll prioritize this place the next time I’m in Paris because the team treated me so well. I was booking hotels for a month-long trip around Europe and accidentally double-booked. I explained the mistake to the receptionist, who understood and said he’d speak with the manager. They refunded my booking, even though they could easily have said the double booking wasn’t their fault. I was really pleased with how they handled it, and grateful to that very honorable gentleman.

We stayed three days and two nights. The hotel was clean and organized, in a quiet, safe area, and the metro was only a two-minute walk away, with easy connections wherever we wanted to go. Musa, who was on reception in the morning, was friendly and helpful, and showed us how to get around. In the evening, Salif was just as welcoming. He pointed out the kitchen and terrace. When I asked about coffee, he said we could have some anytime, and that there was another hot drinks machine in the kitchen. It was all free 😘

The metro was close by, which made getting around really convenient, and I’d love to return. I had a wonderful stay from Dec 19-22. The room was smaller than I expected but comfortable and had what I needed. The balcony was a nice touch, and the bathroom was very clean and renovated.

We forgot our phone chargers, but the hotel let us borrow some. There are luggage lockers and a free coffee machine, too. The breakfast room under its glass ceiling and the outdoor terrace are lovely spots to lounge and unwind. Staff were super friendly, and the location is handy for the metro, cafes, and restaurants.
