I was there for five nights on a business trip, and the cleanliness was a complete disaster. The hallway on the second floor smelled disgusting, and the bathroom odor was unbearable. Dead insects covered the room blinds, more kept appearing during my stay, and I even found a worm under my pillow. When I gently raised the issue with reception and mentioned I was worried about bed bugs, they brushed me off and said there was nothing to complain about. I travel a lot and know hotels, so this was an awful surprise. The breakfast and parking were good, and the staff were very polite, but I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.

The only good part of our stay was the polite, helpful front desk staff. Our room was clean but cold, with no heating because the A/C was disconnected, and there was a leak around the window joints. We had to ask for the A/C to be turned on, but it shut off in the middle of the night every time. The window glass was too thin as well, so we could hear people driving around, which isn't what you want near a freeway. There was no hand soap in the bathroom, and the toilets were cracked and covered in limescale. Some buttons on the TV remote didn't work, so we set a sleep timer to turn the TV off without getting out of bed. Based on what we experienced, I don't recommend this hotel and won't stay there again.

I spent more than three weeks here on a business trip. The staff were friendly apart from one or two people in the restaurant. The pool was okay, but the restaurant and terrace were worse: tables weren't wiped often, if at all, and the dishes weren't clean. There was also a strong foul smell in the ground-floor public area after the first week. I moved rooms once because the sewer smell reached mine, then moved again because the air conditioning only partly worked. My third room was barely okay, depending on how sensitive you are, and the smell was still there when I left.
