We slept really well in the comfy bed, and the room was quiet, with windows that blocked outside noise very well. It was all new and clean, with a comfortable closet and a kitchen area equipped with pans, plates, cutlery, a fridge-freezer and even a dishwasher. The hotel felt cosy and welcoming, the decor was lovely, and the staff were friendly. They also offer free water on floor ES, where you can refill your bottle or take a glass bottle to your room. From Bibliothèque François Mitterrand station it's about a 15-minute walk through a safe business and residential area, with cafes, supermarkets, boulangeries, a cinema, restaurants, Haggen Dazs and Leroy Marlin around. The station connects well to central Paris, just two stops from Notre Dame. The only issue for us was the humidity smell in the room. Each time we came in, we had to open a window. I'm sure they'll sort it out. We'd definitely come back. Thanks for the experience!

The location is very far from the airport, and although it's geographically close to Paris, the trip into the city takes either a 16-minute walk to the nearest train or a five-minute walk to the bus followed by a train transfer. There's very little around, just a very suburban area. That wasn't even the main problem, though. The staff were horrendous. There were about 3-4 different people working during my stay, and all but one were very rude. The one who wasn't rude only helped when the power went out in my room and she fixed it. They don't clean rooms daily, and when I asked about it, I got attitude. You'll have to make your own bed and keep track of towels. They also charge for early check-in, even though you still won't get your room by 12pm. I don't understand how this place has a 4.5 star rating. It was absolutely awful.

I only booked for one night because I wanted to stay near Bercy station. The room turned out much better than expected: clean, spacious, and with a small kitchen. The bed was comfortable, and it was definitely good value for the price. The metro was about a 15-minute walk away, which was the one downside, but there are lots of restaurants in the area. I'd definitely return.

I loved the convenient location, with transportation, shops and restaurants easy to reach. The staff were welcoming, warm and always ready to help, and the rooms were modern, spotless and surprisingly spacious, with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Residhome Quai d'Ivry Hotel exceeded my expectations. A great mix of comfort and value, and I'd definitely stay again!

The hotel was wonderful, and I wish I hadn't spent the five weeks before our trip panicking and trying to change locations after being told it was in an unsafe area with no nearby transportation. We booked accidentally through VRBO. Our room was huge, the shower was like a hurricane in the best way, and having a kitchen and dishwasher was amazing. We first walked about 30 minutes from the train station because we were told there was no transport close by, but then found a bus stop about five minutes away. Getting into Paris took an hour by bus and train, and it was great. We'd definitely come back if we're lucky enough to visit France again! ❤️❤️
