I left my AirPods in the room. They threatened not to return them because someone in my group had forgotten to hand back their keycard.

The manager showed exactly how guests don't want to be treated. Truly awful hospitality. I'd recommend staying somewhere else.

It's not in the smartest part of town, but the place was clean and had plenty of staff. We were there just one night, and the restaurant wasn't open for dinner. The self service breakfast was excellent, though, and we'd stay again.

The rooms were nice, the towels were cushy and parking was really convenient. A few staff weren't as helpful as I'd hoped, but it was a good stay overall.

We stayed just one night, and the spacious, clean room was a pleasant surprise. It made the place feel more expensive than it was. The service was great too.
