Fred welcomed us and looked after us so well, thank you. We had our two dogs with us, and the fenced garden was really useful. Comfy beds, a nice bar, and a good breakfast too. Great value. We'll use it again when travelling to and from France.

The room was very clean, though it needed some attention and could do with a refurb. I'm giving five stars because Mohammed at reception gave us such great service, always with a smile, and made us feel welcome. We'll be back because of him!

The staff were polite and really friendly, and everything was clean and cozy. We stayed here with family for the weekend and were happy with it. The room was spacious, with three large beds and comfortable mattresses. We'll come back to Kyriad hotel next time. Thank you.

Bugs everywhere, in every room. It's disgusting. Some rooms don't even have air conditioning. The bathrooms look nice, but they're actually quite horrific. The toilet paper comes out one section at a time, and the water doesn't get adequately hot. Everything feels dingy and dirty with all the bugs, and the table and closet surfaces were dusty and grimy. DO NOT COME!!

The hotel was just okay, and the warm pool was pretty decent. Air conditioning was only available on floors 4 and 5, not floors 2 and 3. We were lucky it was cool outside, so we could open the windows. A student fell getting out of the tub because a bathroom leak had left the floor all wet.
