Caroline was lovely, and arranging everything with her was easy. At Villas de Perret, the house had all the amenities we needed and everything felt carefully thought through. We also loved discovering the region and will definitely return.

The owners were easy to get hold of, both while booking and whenever we had a question during our stay. The villas are spacious, set in a very quiet area, and well placed for enjoying the terrace and pool. We had a wonderful time.

The region is gorgeous for hiking, canoeing and even caving. We had a wonderful holiday in the brand new villa, built in 2025. It was clean and very well equipped, and we got a truly excellent welcome. I highly recommend it.

This was our fourth family holiday in the Ardèche, a region we absolutely love. The villa in the hills above Joyeuse was our cozy retreat this year, and its setting added to the picturesque feel of the stay. The village is also a great starting point for seeing the must-see sights.

There are lots of things to do around the villa, including quad biking nearby and canyoning with the fantastic Lionel for anyone looking for a thrill. The Mas de la Bastide restaurant is also conveniently close and has great themed evenings. This was our fourth visit this year, and we already can't wait to return. The villa is superb, quiet and welcoming, a lovely place to recharge and make lasting memories. Caroline and her son have always been incredibly helpful and so kind. We highly recommend it for groups of friends or families.
