The mirrored room was peaceful and comfortable, and the rooms are decorated beautifully. We were greeted with a cool drink, then got useful advice for exploring the area. Breakfast on the terrace was delicious and generous. The hosts were so warm and charming, we had a wonderful stay at La Maison Salée and I’d happily recommend it.

We were only there for one night in June, but it was a lovely stay. Breakfast was generous, with a great range of quality products. Our spacious room had its own bathroom and was furnished with real character. There was a little sitting spot in the courtyard garden just outside, and it was nice and quiet. The host was friendly and easygoing. Thanks so much!

Ask the hosts about nighttime walks, they have some unusual suggestions and are happy to share them. The rooms are tastefully done, and the hosts are really friendly.

We loved how the loft-style decor suited the building's history, especially the simple old doors and the drapes that softly screen the bathroom from the rest of the room. The welcome was just right, and breakfast included local specialties. The location is ideal.

Brigitte and her partner were attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. Their charming house has been renovated with great taste and sits right in the heart of L'Aiguillon-sur-Mer. We felt very well looked after at Maison Salée.
