The worst part was dealing with the host, who was rude and wouldn't address our problems. We were a family of four with kids aged 13 and 16, and this was meant to be a vacation. The flat looks nothing like the photos. The main bedroom is an interior room with no window, and its air conditioner isn't connected and doesn't work, though the other unit in the house was fine. The bathroom was very old and smelled bad. The faucet barely ran, so I used two table forks to remove its filter after the host refused to fix it. I also had to repair the badly fitted toilet seat myself. The toaster was broken and wasn't replaced for three days. There were no cleaning or washing supplies, and the electrical circuit couldn't handle more than one or two appliances at once. The pool was very dirty and was almost always closed when the kids wanted to use it, even during the posted hours. The apartment door was broken and seemed dangerously easy to force open, even for a 10yr old kid. Although free on-site parking was advertised, there were spaces for fewer than half the tenants. The access street was a terrible, smelly dirt back alley with potholes, almost impossible to walk along in the rain, and no outdoor lighting. The building stairway stayed dirty throughout our visit. There is a washing machine, and the beach is about 200m away. But the owner refused to compensate us for all the problems, and the host was awful and rude. It looks good in the photos, but don't go. It feels like a fraud. The earlier review giving 10 points is clearly a fraud too. I'll post bad reviews everywhere, including Google, Trip Advisor, and Booking. I have plenty of photos to prove what I'm saying. They made me really mad, can you tell?
