Campagne-baudeloup

We brought our big dog, which was welcome, and enjoyed the peaceful feel of this typical family-run Provence house. Its huge garden has mature trees, a pool tucked away in one corner, and free private parking. There are a few rooms in the main building plus two apartments in an annexe. The continental breakfast in the main building was very good. It's a few minutes' drive from the lovely village of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, known for its antique shops and Sunday morning car boot and antique fairs. You can hear some dogs barking in the distance.

We loved the place overall. It's a bed and breakfast with a great atmosphere, large gardens, and big rooms. Breakfast is the only meal available, and it's served in a lovely spot. The guy running the hotel was helpful. It's nice, though not quite great. Nearby restaurants close early, around 9 to 9:30, unlike on the Riviera.

Gerard looked after us so well that we felt at home in his house. It's a great place for a relaxing holiday, with lovely space and facilities. We'd definitely come back!

We spent five nights here and really enjoyed it. The relaxed atmosphere and big garden with a pool were lovely. L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is nearby, with local supermarkets and restaurants, and there are lots of beautiful places to visit around the area.
