The team made our stay special. Every member of staff was cheerful, caring, and ready to help, and it felt like they genuinely wanted guests to have a great experience. Tiffany and Chloe at the front desk deserve a special mention: both were exceptionally friendly, approachable, and professional. Their warm welcome set the tone. The hotel is beautiful, with a fabulous atmosphere and facilities, and thoughtful touches like turn-down service and excellent in-room tea and coffee making facilities. It was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. We’d definitely stay again and recommend it.

We stayed three nights at L'Isle de Leos, a supposedly 5-star hotel, and came away disappointed. The hotel is very new, but our experience didn’t meet luxury expectations. We accepted a paid upgrade to a 'suite' that felt like a standard room. Then we had to move early, and the plumbing issue we’d reported, specifically the lack of cold water, took two days to address, making the move a major inconvenience. Staff performance overall was subpar for a 5-star stay. They refunded the upgrade and covered parking as compensation for this huge ongoing inconvenience. That was “fine”, but we feel they should have done more. I can’t recommend staying here, and we won’t return. Hotel Henri was a much better experience on past visits to this area. This hotel doesn’t live up to the street hype I’ve heard.

The service is very professional, though the popularity of the place can make it feel rushed. It’s a brand new hotel in the city, with elegant, classic rooms and all the expected modern facilities. Some suites have a balcony overlooking the garden and pool. There’s a great lobby bar, a delicious breakfast, plus a spa and restaurant.

The hotel isn’t open yet, and the website images are generic, generated by AI. The room rates don’t seem excessive for a five-star establishment, though. I’m looking forward to visiting this new location soon.
