A very nice, comfortable hotel. Fantastic!

Avoid at all costs. There’s no effort or business sense here. Deborah is unpleasant, haughty, closed off, and shows no understanding. She seems focused on profit rather than customer satisfaction, and refused to refund a service that wasn’t provided, pointing to the terms and conditions.

The breakfast was hearty, and the welcome was so warm. A really friendly atmosphere.

We felt heard and understood, and the place is well located. The room was magnificent and the bed was perfect. Such a warm welcome, too. Other places could learn from this. Loved it, bravo. Noël and Laurence will be back!

The house is lovely, tucked on a quiet street but still very close to the center. Our host was so kind and welcoming, it felt like being with family. He also helped us out in a big way and saved our vacation.
