The lawn by the river is a lovely spot to sit on a sunny day, with chairs and a little river nearby. It’s a great place to take a break, with friendly people, beautiful nature, and lots of hiking routes. The room is clean and tidy, about what you’d expect from a 2 star hotel, and there’s Ethernet internet in the rooms.

The mattress was especially comfortable, and the staff were lovely. Hotel La Rub is a charming, authentic place with a pleasing look. I had a wonderful stay, and the value for money was excellent. Thank you so much!

The staff are friendly, and breakfast was decent, with quality ingredients and some homemade items. It’s all vegan, which is a deliberate choice but won’t suit everyone. The location is pleasant and has potential, though it feels unfinished and poorly realized. I paid €115 for a “suite” with a bathroom that looked straight out of the 1960s, giving the impression the place had been rushed to accommodate guests. The price feels exorbitant, especially since the area isn’t much of a tourist hotspot. There’s potential here, but the lack of professionalism and the high price for what’s offered were disappointing.
