The food and wine were the standout for me, Claude is a really talented chef. It was also a lovely setting, and there was plenty of room for everyone to relax by the pool. We had a fantastic stay chez Claude.

Breakfast was worth lingering over, with homemade jams, granola and bread, and nearly all the food was homemade or locally sourced. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property has a thoughtful layout and amenities. We were met at the car when we arrived and shown around. The service felt both personal and professional. One of the best B&Bs we’ve stayed at. I only wish we could have stayed longer.

Claude is what makes this B&B feel so special. His warmth, genuine interest and humor had us feeling at home right away, and he has a real knack for bringing guests of different ages and backgrounds together. We found ourselves sharing meals and conversations with people we’d only just met, making memories that will stay with us. The food is another highlight. Claude clearly cooks with care, and every dish was fresh, flavorful and a little surprising. Breakfast and dinner both felt like he wanted to spoil his guests. He also chooses wines that suit the food and help keep conversation going around the table. The decor and surroundings are lovely, too, and from the first moment we felt welcome. We left feeling more like friends than guests. For anyone looking for warmth, good company and a thoroughly enjoyable stay, this place is an easy recommendation.
