Fabrice from guest relations was especially thoughtful. He took care of what we needed and even gave us water bottles for the journey. Marine and Jose at reception were kind and helpful the next morning, and Arezki was friendly and useful throughout our stay. Raja made check-in easy and welcomed us so warmly. He paid attention to the details, brought our luggage up, and quickly set up the sofa bed. The whole stay was a pleasure, and the service from the team, especially Raja, Arezki, Marine, Jose, and Fabrice, made it a wonderful experience.

Sebastian ended up being the highlight of our trip. When we met him in the lobby the day after our call, he spent at least half an hour helping us take lovely birthday pictures of me and my girlfriend. I was surprised to find him working the night shift, since I think he should be out front during the busiest hours. I’d called at 3 AM the day before we arrived, and he was genuinely happy to talk through the amenities and what my package included. He patiently answered all my questions, however silly, and arranged an upgraded room. I don’t usually leave reviews, but his patience and help were outstanding. As an American in France, it was especially rare and welcome.

The location is amazing, and the rooms were lovely and clean. Ekaterina gave great service, and Anna in the spa was lovely too. The restaurant is good, though I’d have liked a broader menu and a bar or conference room open 24 hours. The gym was the main problem. All the machines were broken, and it was closed when I wanted to do cardio before breakfast. I also wanted to use the pool in the evening, but it was closed then. It’d be better for guests who like a healthy lifestyle if the gym were open around the clock. Just a few small details to make the stay perfect.

Reception staff were so warm and pleasant, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with parking, a small forest area for a pleasant ten-minute walk, and a tennis court. It’s a great option near Paris if you’d rather avoid the busy center. Some things already seem worn even though the hotel opened recently. The pool and jacuzzi area had a strong chlorine smell, visible mold along the sides, and sections of ceiling that looked damaged and were hanging down. The sauna was small but fine. The restaurant service was the biggest letdown. Being far from the city means you mostly eat at the hotel, since there aren’t many convenient options nearby, but the service didn’t meet what I’d expect from this kind of place. Lunch took 49 minutes to arrive. Dinner was a little better, though the experience was inconsistent. Breakfast was average, about a 3+, and some items weren’t replenished if we came 30-40 minutes before closing unless we asked. With better service and facilities in shape, this could easily have been a five-star stay. For me, though, it’s more suited to one night than a longer visit.
