The host was so helpful, sharing great local tips and even driving us to Blois to pick up our bikes. We had a delicious breakfast, too. The rooms are fantastic and privately set in the middle of Vineuil village, about 5 km from Blois, close to one of the Chambord-Blois bicycle routes. A great stay.

Les Clos des Ormeaux has its own charm and a lovely spirit of hospitality thanks to its owner, Ms Ode. It feels simply royal. It’s perfectly placed for visiting the nearby castles of Chambord, Cheverny, and Blois, though there are plenty of other places you could stay near them. Highly recommended.

The owner is a very nice, welcoming, and helpful lady, and we had a great time there. The room was large, fully renovated, and very clean. And the breakfast? You won't forget it! It is certainly open. A large shopping area, Auchan, is a few minutes away by car, as is the city center of Bloise.

The owner is very attentive, and breakfast is homemade. The rooms are quiet and tastefully decorated. It’s a beautiful house in a small wooded park with a swimming pool, just 10 minutes from Blois.

Breakfast was delicious and generous, served in a lovely veranda looking out over the garden and pool. The hostess gave us excellent tips for local attractions and restaurants, and did everything she could to make our stay special. It’s a magnificent, charming residence in a lovely setting near Blois. We highly recommend it and would happily stay again.
