Christian is a lovely owner, and the gite has nearly everything you need. It sits in his garden, though we never saw him. The bar and restaurant are perfectly placed, just a 50m walk away. The village of La Chapelle sur Loir is close by, with a bakery, cafe, and a Loire viewpoint. A fantastic little gite. The pillows could be better, and it needs a bbq.
