Just back from a short ski break, and the hotel was phenomenal. The team were incredibly helpful, the facilities and location were great, and the restaurant food was amazing. The catering and bar teams were just wow. I can't believe it's currently only three stars, though I assume that will change soon. And the cheese buffet! We only realized our package included drinks once we arrived, and even with our late evening arrival, they'd plated up dinners for us. It's perfectly placed for the ski lifts, shops and lovely cafe bars. We also arranged airport transfers directly with the hotel, and that went flawlessly. We'd absolutely recommend it and will definitely be back.

We spent a week here with family and couldn't have been happier. The food was delicious, carefully prepared, and varied, with different main dishes every evening. The staff were wonderful, especially Lucie, who saved us big plates of food for the night we arrived late. There's also a free bar and a wood fire. Really excellent, we'll come again.

A super hotel in a great location, with fantastic facilities and excellent breakfasts. We had a great holiday and the service was friendly and excellent. Very happy to recommend it, and we'll return.

The village of La Clusaz is absolutely beautiful, with incredible views. It's mainly a ski resort, though they're now working on summer activities too. This is a good 3* hotel, with very good food and staff who are welcoming, efficient and good at their jobs. Getting to the upper floors can be awkward for some people because the lifts and stairs are laid out in a strange way. The hotel has seven floors and follows the mountainside, so the building isn't vertical. It's a brilliant place for physically active people, and I think they do their best to make sure less active guests have a good time as well.
