L' Abbaye Hôtel

The care shows in every corner of this hotel. Charlotte and her family have made it luxurious and beautifully designed, right down to the plates and forks. Everything was spotless and well looked after. Our suite was stunning, and the jacuzzi was unlike any we’ve experienced. The meals were wonderful too. We’ll definitely return. Thank you, dear Charlotte. You’re a very special woman. ❤️

The restaurant on site was another highlight, and breakfast was a treat too. Charlotte and Noel prepare it fresh, and it was delicious. If you’re there on a Sunday, don’t miss the homemade crêpes, they were out of this world. Charlotte and her husband make the place feel like a fairytale with their warmth and attention to detail. The rooms, pool, and grounds are lovely and peaceful, and we stayed four nights but would happily have stayed longer. L’Abbaye is hard to leave, and I can’t recommend it enough. Charlotte, you’re wonderful, and we loved our stay at your magical place. 💕💕

The host was excellent, and the restaurant was reasonably priced. The hotel itself is beautiful, with terrific rooms and a great breakfast. It would make a good base for a three-day stay: rent a car and explore the villages of the Côte d’Azur.

The owners are warm and welcoming, while also running the place very professionally. We had a lovely dinner in the restaurant, and breakfast was refined without feeling fussy, almost like eating in someone’s tasteful home. This is a beautiful old stone abbey, carefully restored near St Paul de Vence. The rooms and bathrooms seem recently refurbished with great taste, and the bed was very comfortable. There are atmospheric common spaces and courtyards, plus a new pool and poolhouse. A real little gem.
