We spent 15 days here in our motorhome during the 2025 holiday season, off-season. Finding a place for our 12-meter motorhome and trailer was a challenge, and the Giens Peninsula International Campsite connected me with Nathalie at Bois du Mont Redon. The welcome was very friendly. Our pitch had water, 10A electricity, and a waste point connected to mains drainage. It's a quiet spot near the campsite entrance, with firm ground and shade from oak and pine trees. Some branches were a bit low for us, but the owner offered to trim them if needed. Flooding wasn't a concern. The site is 2 km from the center of La Crau, with supermarkets and small shops. The campsite is huge, and you can walk up to the summit of Mont Redon for a splendid 360-degree view of the Hyères Islands, the Alps, and Toulon. Bernard and Nathalie are very friendly. We'll be back for another campervan holiday.

The whole team at this well-located family campsite is lovely. Nathalie from Alsace deserves a special mention: she's helpful, quick to respond, and always smiling. We work in hospitality ourselves, so we don't agree with some of the negative reviews. We'll definitely be back.
