We booked for one night and ended up staying a couple more, which let us try different rooms. Maison de Vacances in Brambuan is in one of the prettiest quiet villages we saw around Josselin, and the city centre is an easy enough walk away. Sharon and David are a fantastic English couple who run the place. Every room we stayed in was spacious, spotless, stylishly decorated, and had a great bed for a good night's sleep. They'd even left cold water and beers in the fridge, along with a small bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. Breakfast was amazing: David brought fresh bread, baguette, croissants, and pain au chocolate from the bakeries first thing, and Sharon made fresh orange juice, yoghurt, honey, and fruit jams at home. A real hidden gem close to Josselin. We’ll definitely return and recommend it!

David and Sharon made us feel so welcome, and the whole area is beautiful and quiet. The facilities were fantastic, the bed was very comfortable, and everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was amazing too. We’ll most definitely come back, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

Karen and Rick were friendly, welcoming hosts who knew a lot about things to see and do nearby. The rooms come with local produce for breakfast, plus kitchen facilities and ensuite bathrooms. There are two rooms in this lovely B&B in Brambuan, a small hamlet just outside Josselin. One has a lovely deck where you can sit in the sun. Magnifique!

Sharon made us feel completely at home. She was a fantastic, charming, and attentive host. The room was beautiful, with thoughtful extras waiting when we arrived, including air freshener, snacks, and cold drinks. Breakfast was superb, especially the homemade muffins and jam, the honey, and Sharon’s delicious homemade yogurt. Thank you!
