The room could use a refresh. Paint was peeling, the door was damaged, the carpet was stained, and the sink drained very slowly because the drain was clogged. It wouldn’t take much to make it feel fresh again. The bed was very comfortable, though, and since I only sleep in a hotel, I could overlook the rest. I’d still recommend the hotel and stay again because it was great value. The location worked well for me, in a nice area with a great bakery and grocery store around the corner. Metro and train were about a ten-minute walk away, and there were lots of good restaurants nearby. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and even though the hotel was mostly self-service, there was always someone onsite. Breakfast was simple, fresh, good quality, and offered a good variety. You can buy it if it isn’t included in your stay.

The hotel sits in a superb spot in the 17th district, right by a small park and just steps from the Arc de Triomphe. But the logistics were a disaster. There were no check-in instructions or entrance code, and a staff member didn’t know how to advise me about local parking. Getting into the room with the unreliable QR code was a constant frustration, and the bathroom was tiny and uncomfortable.

Nearly 500€ for two nights without breakfast, and they don’t even clean the room. The floors were dirty, there was no soundproofing and it was noisy, just a complete disaster. There’s really nothing “Deluxe” about it. When I asked the staff, they didn’t speak French. I emailed but got no reply, and I sent a message to Olympe with no response either. My clear recommendation is to choose another hotel.

Check-in was easy, everything was clean, and the staff were really kind. Breakfast was simple but did the job. A very good stay!
