We had a terrible stay. Someone broke into our apartment on December 31, 2019, the second day we were there, and stole from us. I wouldn't recommend this place. There's no security, and it shouldn't be offered for rent. The management of “Urban Flat in Paris” wouldn't take any responsibility for what happened.

We never actually stayed there, but they still charged us, including a €30 cleaning fee. Three days before our trip, I found out my son needed surgery on his L1 vertebra, so I contacted all the places we had booked in Paris to explain. The others were understanding and tried to help. This place refused to cancel, even though I was asking three days ahead and Booking said we could cancel up to 24 hours before. They told me they'd charge for the stay, and when I checked my card statement, I saw the extra cleaning charge too. How can they charge for cleaning when we didn't stay there? They also don't answer emails, and seem to have no concern for their clients. You have to think carefully about where you book, since things don't always go to plan. A terrible place, terrible service, and complete disrespect for customers.

The photos don't match what you find here. The place felt dirty, with plaster coming off the walls and equipment missing. The shower curtain was mouldy, and there wasn't any coffee. It's in a sex shop location, too. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
