The Pop Art Suite

A good bed, Wi-Fi, and shower, plus a nice breakfast and excellent service from all the staff. The hotel has charm. My only gripes are the carpet in the rooms, since I prefer parquet or tile, and the in-room safe is too small for a laptop. Otherwise, all good.

The reception had a cute Christmas tree, and the staff greeted us with a smile and a good day or good night whenever we came and went. They were incredibly welcoming. We had two rooms for our group this time, both clean and cozy. Breakfast was yummy, with a great range of choices. We especially enjoyed the breads, jams, honey, and tea. There's a grocery store nearby, and a late-night pizza place isn't far away. That pizza came in handy after we'd been standing around for more than five hours waiting to see in the new year.

A cigarette smell hit us when we arrived, which was the main downside. The room itself was clean, and the breakfast space is small but has a good choice of fresh food. Reception was helpful and welcoming. The hotel is in an excellent spot, close to the city center and plenty of amenities. The shower pressure was very low.

For this price, you get what you'd expect: a good, safe location and a decent stay. They seemed a bit confused because I booked and paid through a third-party site. Otherwise, it worked well for visiting l'arc de triomphe and les Champs-Elysées.
