We booked at the last minute for one night, and they had one room left. The room was brilliant, with a very comfy bed and air conditioning. The staff were polite, there's a lift, and the amenities were great, including free water, coffee, and little snacks. Breakfast was an extra €12. They also told us about underground parking for €33, which seemed very safe. We'll definitely stay here again if we return to Paris.

The neighborhood has everything you need: a supermarket, restaurants, post office, pharmacy, and good transport links. The staff were great, helpful, and attentive, and I loved having my morning coffee on the roof terrace. The location is perfect, close to the center without being so close that it's noisy. It's convenient for the Opera area and Galleries Lafayette, and you can walk to Montmartre too.

The hotel was fine but very basic. The bathroom was covered in mold in every corner, which was disappointing. Bleach must be expensive in Paris.

The staff were polite and helped with everything from arranging taxis to suggesting places to eat. It's a very nice, cozy little hotel, well placed for most city attractions. Don't expect big or luxurious rooms, but they're very good for the price and location. Lafayette Hausmann mall is just around the corner, with cafés and restaurants all around. I'll stay here again!

Our family of six stayed August 26-29 and had a great time. The location suited us perfectly, close to Metro stations and Galleries Lafayette. The hosts were kind and accommodating whenever we needed help, whether it was extra coffee or arranging an airport shuttle. We got a warm, friendly “bonjour” every time we came through the door. The rooms were clean, and the air conditioning was wonderful for us soft Americans. We'd definitely stay again.
