It worked well for sleeping and eating, but we missed having somewhere outside, like a balcony. It also felt much too small for two adults and two teenagers.

La Flotte en Ré is a lovely place to visit. The apartment itself was nice, with afternoon sun that lasted until sunset.

You can walk from the Jolie Brise residence to the center of La Flotte, and there’s a pool where you can relax without it feeling too crowded. Entry feels secure, with a code and automatic doors. I wonder if it was once a hotel converted into small private apartments. I found it a bit small for our five-day stay; for a week or two, it seems quite spacious. You quickly find yourself in Alétrois. I think it’s a good choice for a weekend, and renting here can still be comfortable.

The room had everything we needed, and the location was good. The swimming pool was nice, too.

Right in the center of La Flotte, this is a pleasant, well-kept residence with a heated pool and parking for the car.
