The price makes no sense for the condition and service. The staff were unwelcoming and impatient on the phone, and the studio felt untouched by any modernization. Its soundproofing is poor, so outside noise comes right through. The beds were two singles pushed together on planks that kept sliding, which made for a terrible night, and the floor was dirty when I arrived. The bathroom and toilet are so cramped you have to stand sideways to shut the door. There wasn’t even a bath mat or a second towel for our two-person booking. The kitchenette has almost nothing, and there’s no dustpan and brush. The radiator is noisy, leaving you to choose between warmth and quiet. The TV only has digital terrestrial channels (TNT). Don’t waste your money, there are much cheaper, decent and modern apartment hotels nearby. Avoid this place.

For 63 euros a night, this is a rip-off. The 5m² room has a 1m² bathroom, and the TV doesn’t work. There’s no reception or cleaning, and the trash was left for five days. Avoid it.

We booked the apartment for five nights but had to leave after just one. It was unsanitary and dirty, with mold and dangerous, non-compliant electrical wiring. The owner wouldn’t refund us. Avoid at all costs.
