The grounds outside are beautiful, secure, and kept in great condition. You really want to spend time out there. Inside, though, the furniture is very old, and you need to check that the room has been cleaned because nobody else does it for you. The place is basically what you'd expect for the price, no more. If you arrive late, bring food for your first breakfast, and bring as many towels as you'll need. You'll also want bedding and pillows if comfort matters to you. Pack a few sweaters and an extra scarf for everyone, since the weather can change in minutes, plus mosquito repellent. There is essentially nothing supplied, including soap and shampoo, so you'll have to get those at a pharmacy or other shop.

The rooms have very little in them: there are no sheets or towels, just a fridge and microwave. The staff are friendly, and the facilities are good, with a convenient location. But it was much too crowded for me, and getting to the otherwise nice swimming pool was barely possible.

Friendly staff and a great spot, and the price feels fair. Just keep in mind this is a residence for longer stays, not a hotel.

The walk to the beach is about 10 minutes, and there's a small shop in the building that opens at 8.00 am. But you'll need to bring everything, including shampoo, soap, dish soap, and water. Sheets and towels cost extra, €15 for two sheets and two towels, one large and one small. There's no passenger elevator, only one for luggage. Before leaving, you have to clean the room, and someone checks it. If it isn't clean enough, you might be charged €50-€65.
