Hôtel Restaurant Les Bruyères

We were two adults and two kids, staying one night while biking around the region. The owner was warm, and the staff looked after us well. After a day out, we enjoyed the pool, then had dinner at the hotel: a nice buffet with good meal choices. Breakfast had the usual regional offerings, including lots of homemade food. We also ordered “panier repas” for the next day’s adventure. For the price, those were great, with water, a sandwich, fruit, and yogurt.

The staff were friendly, and both dinner and breakfast were very good without costing too much. The kids enjoyed the pool. Nice place.

The rooms are comfortable and practical, with good equipment, and the service was excellent. It works very well for business travel. If the weather is nice, you can unwind by the pool after a long day at work.

The location made it easy to get to everything, from the ocean and Bordeaux to the Route des Châteaux. We stayed four days and hope to return. The owner was attentive and went out of his way to make guests comfortable, and the staff were always smiling. Our room and bathroom were spacious, spotless, and had every comfort we needed. The pool was well maintained, and so was the garden, where you could have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The food was excellent and the prices very reasonable. It really feels like a place where you can relax. Thank you for everything.
