The balcony view was fantastic, and the location was perfect, just a few minutes from the main beach and train station. The rooms were clean and partly renovated, though they still had a bit of an old feel. It would be nice to have an iron and a kettle that actually works. Still, we had a great stay.

The area is incredibly beautiful, full of trees, flowers, lovely houses, and the beach. The reception staff and cleaners were very kind, and the larger apartment was nice. The rooms, though, were too small, a bit dirty, and old. The bunk beds are for children, not adults. I've stayed in hotel rooms bigger than the first apartment. If there are four adults, book the one meant for six people, because you won't fit in the other one unless you're all around 1.50 m and very skinny. I'd come back for the lovely area and the larger apartment.

The checkout rules add another charge: if you don't wash the dishes and take out the garbage yourself, it's 60 Euros. We felt more like paying employees than customers. The French Riviera is wonderful, but going back to this "hotel" was not. I've had bigger flats and better service in Lebanon 🇱🇧, and after 20 years of traveling I've rarely met people as lazy and inhospitable as the French. I'm not sure where the reputation of French culture comes from; maybe that time has long passed. For two adults and two kids, you get four towels total. More towels cost 10 Euro to rent, and room service, including fresh towels, is only offered on checkout day, so you have to pay 6-8 Euro to wash towels and sheets yourself. I wouldn't expect much service here. Staff seem to work only 2-3 hours a day. You can get better value and people who appreciate your business in any third-world country other than France.

I was in Antibes for work and stayed here for a week. It's one of the cheaper apartment hotels nearby and the value for the price is very good. The apartment was secure, with several gates using security codes, and inside it was reasonably clean, basic, but nice enough. The pools are rather small and couldn't be used in early May. The sea is about a ten-minute walk in either direction. A decent, reasonably priced place to stay.
