The friendly team made a lasting impression, always ready to help and make guests feel welcome. We also loved the location, with beautiful views of Valmorel and a nearby bus station linking to Gare Moutier, which made getting around easy. After a day out, the cozy rooms were a lovely place to relax, and the thoughtful decor and amenities added to the welcoming feel. Résidence Le Sappey by Vacancéole is a peaceful base for enjoying the French Alps, with plenty of chances to explore too.

The view was nice, but the place was dirty. I also had trouble with the heating, and the wifi still hadn't been enabled after two weeks.

Right at the bottom of the slope, so at the end of the day you can head straight to the hotel.

We couldn't get proper rest in the apartment because the neighbors were noisy all the time, day and night, with footsteps, talking, music, and other noise. I reported it to the agency several times and followed up, but nothing effective was done and the situation hasn't changed. I wouldn't recommend this residence to anyone looking for peace and quiet, or even a basic level of noise reduction.
