La Bastide Neuve des Oliviers

We loved this bastide and the charming people who live here. Thanks to Gisèle, I even got over my fear of boats, or at least my partner did, lol. Her advice about the area was invaluable, and we're already planning another visit with the family this autumn. Friends are also looking forward to a romantic getaway here. It's a great choice for couples or families, with plenty to explore in this varied region. The owners gave us an exceptional welcome and made the service feel personal. Breakfast was delicious, served on the veranda overlooking the pool and the lush greenery, with vineyards stretching into the distance. Our room had tasteful island-style decor that gave it an exotic feel, like Bali, and was cozy and practical. It had a king-size bed, a well-equipped bathroom, and views of the vineyards and the sea in the distance. We also enjoyed the pool and terrace, and there's a secluded jacuzzi for relaxing. If you like treatments, an on-site beautician offers massages and facial and body treatments.

We were so taken with this peaceful bastide among the vineyards of Londe that we're already planning another stay. Gisèle and Philippe were incredibly kind and helpful, and we loved talking with them about things to do, beautiful beaches, restaurants, and other useful tips. Some of the beaches, they told us, rival those in Corsica. Their generous breakfasts were delicious and served with care by the pool. Many guests come back, and now we understand why. Booking through chambresdhôtes.fr (the Cybevasion network, which we found far more reliable and reputable than Airbnb) was easy and dependable. If you're after a relaxing, friendly holiday that gives you a richer feel for the area, this place is a great choice. We won't forget our stay.

Gisèle and Philippe are such friendly, generous hosts. The breakfast was fantastic, and we loved the pool and veranda. Our apartment had all the comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, WiFi, washing machine, TV, and free secure parking, plus more, in a beautiful countryside house. Highly recommended!

Ten days at the Bastide went by too fast. We rented the house and enjoyed its comfort and how cool it stayed in the hot weather. It's fully equipped, and the owners are nearby in the neighboring house if anything is missing, while still giving us privacy. By the pool, we lounged under the awnings and listened to cicadas in the vineyards. We also got to discover Londe-les-Maures, named the second most welcoming town in France. We tend to skip big supermarkets, and the little shops in the town center had everything we needed for shopping.
