The room was clean and tidy, and there were snacks and drinks downstairs. I slept really well in the comfortable bed, with no noise from anywhere. Breakfast in the morning had a good hot and cold selection, including bacon, sausage, eggs, cheeses, cold meats, bread, and juices. It's an easy walk into town, too. I was in Lille for one night and arrived on the Eurostar. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the station. I got there a couple of hours before check-in and expected just to leave my bag, but the receptionist checked me in efficiently, so I could take a much-needed shower after the long journey. I really appreciated that. Big thanks!

Pierre at reception deserves a mention. He was welcoming and helpful, and gave us generous food recommendations and local tips. The morning staff were just as friendly. We arrived late, tired after a long drive, and were glad to find a parking space in the hotel lot. The room was clean, functional, and well kept, with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom, just right for a short stay. From the hotel, Lille's Old City is about a 15-16 minute walk, so we could explore without driving. We stayed overnight in Lille on our way back to the UK after a Euro trip, and it turned out to be a great choice. Excellent value, good service, and a convenient location. I'd happily stay again.

We were really happy with the hotel, mainly because the staff were so lovely. It's very family-friendly, and the beds were super comfortable, though the room smelled quite stuffy. We didn't get to try the bar or restaurant, but we'd happily visit next time. The location is okay, a little on the outskirts, and the price reflects that. Thanks so much. I'd recommend it to families passing through.

The staff were fantastic, friendly, and accommodating, especially at reception. It's a very laid-back hotel, which takes some of the stress out of travelling with young children. Parking was great, with enough space for our SUV and roof box. When we went it wasn't very busy, despite being a very big hotel. It makes a great base for exploring nearby places like Belgium, where hotels cost much more.

Easy to get around from here, and the rooms were clean and basic, just what I expected for the price. The staff were so friendly and helpful, and really went out of their way to accommodate us. I’d happily stay again.
