The room was warm and clean, and I slept like an angel. I stopped here on the way back from a trip and found just what I needed: somewhere cheap and cosy. Breakfast was so good I devoured it, and the owners were very welcoming and chatty. A faulty lightbulb was fixed. I’d read a disappointing review, so the stay was a pleasant surprise. It’s not a 5 star hotel, but it punches above its weight.

For an overnight stop, this is good value at a very reasonable price. It’s a simple French-style roadside hotel, so adjust your expectations: the rooms could use some love, but they’re clean and functional. The owners are very friendly. There’s no breakfast buffet; to avoid food waste, they ask the day before what you’d like to eat. 👌

There’s a beautiful riverside path right next to the hotel, and the staff can communicate in English 👍. The room was clean and sufficient, the staff were very kind, and the dinner menu was delicious. Great value for the price.

The bathroom was dirty, and the personnel were rude. Our room wasn’t ready and was completely messed up, so they gave us a smaller one for the same price, which we had paid in advance. Never again.

Behind the house there’s a garden, and 50 m further on you reach the river and a cycling road that takes you to the Lake. Booking was very quick and there was no extra charge. The food was delicious, and everyone on staff, from the waiters to the boss, was super nice, kind, helpful, and generous. I felt like I was in a family house. Thank you for your service 🥇⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ Merci beaucoup
