The pool was great, and dinner was a real treat. The servers were always smiling and happy to help, and the food and wine pairing worked really well. 10/10 for the dinner service. The room was dated and had a small shower, but it felt genuinely cosy, and the hotel is a pleasant building. Breakfast coffee, though, was well below par and needs improving. There was also a very large Trike in the motorcycle garage, which meant not every motorcycle could fit.

Clean, pleasant rooms look out over the lush valley, and the food, wine and service are excellent. LA Petite Pierre is a lovely little village tucked into the dense woods of Northern Alsace. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxing weekend or holiday, the sort of place you want to return to.

We enjoyed the pool and sauna, and the view from the hotel is lovely. The room was simple but perfectly fine. Breakfast was good, and the evening menu tasted good too. There’s a long walk through the forest to Graufthal, with plenty of ups and downs. Love Alsace.
