Skiing straight out from the front door made the location ideal, and we're already looking at coming back in 2027 after our second year here. The service has improved, and it’s clear the teams are working hard to do things well. The rooms are good, with hot water, and the baths and showers are clean and well kept. The cleaning staff are helpful too. Max took time to chat while still getting his work done promptly. Meals are good, and the restaurant staff work hard to keep the food hot and the trays full, clearing tables efficiently. The front of house and management teams were outstanding. Amber was especially capable and professional, and her diligence, research, and patience helped us resolve a tricky administrative problem. The admin manager and her team also went out of their way to support visitors. Communication across the staff was excellent, and everyone was willing to help. If you want a great week of skiing with professional, attentive staff, this is a great place to stay.

The food was fantastic, with something new each evening, and the bar was a relaxed place to spend time. Our room had plenty of space and was comfortable. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. This was our second visit to this hotel right by the slopes, and we couldn't recommend it more. We'll definitely return.

Hotel L'Eden in Belles Plagne was a lovely little place for our week of skiing. The staff were very helpful, and the buffet meals were all great, with really nice French-style food. Its ski-in, ski-out location is fantastic, and the boot room is laid out very nicely. Our room was simple but practical, warm, and well equipped. Great value, and we had a lovely stay.

The boot room was a real highlight: individual lockers, heated boot warmers, and plenty of room for skis and poles. The bar is also spacious, with lots of seating for relaxing after a day on the slopes. Eden Les Cimes sits right on a blue run, so getting onto the slopes was easy. Our room was very spacious, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Meals from the buffet were generally good, with a nice salad bar and two hot choices each evening. The soup was always vegetable, which got repetitive. Breakfast felt much the same each day, though that could just be my preference since I don't eat much bread. Service was frustrating when we tried to get an extra room key. My partner and I ski at different levels, and others in our group had the same inconvenience.
