La Voile Bleue

The tuned R19 left to rust in the parking lot is quite a sight. The hotel's name may sound dreamy, but the place is a former Formula 1 car, so the toilet and shower are shared outside the room. The toilet smelled bad and the shower was in poor shape. The automatic cleaning system might have worked properly twenty years ago. There's no breakfast, and I wouldn't choose to spend a vacation here.

There was no breakfast, and the bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was completely yellow, the TV kept glitching, and two people had just one outlet. The toilet and shower smelled awful. They even called while I was on the road to say they had to close the doors, although I had until 11:30 PM to arrive. I stayed one night, and that was enough. This place is only for emergencies: sleep and leave.

Parking and a very convenient location were a plus. I found the welcome pleasant, and the room was clean, with a small bathroom.

The rooms are like closets, and the hotel toilet was dirty, with hair and marks all over. The sheets had stains of blood and excrement. There's also a car rotting away in the parking lot. It might do in a pinch, but otherwise, avoid it.
