Résidence De La Rance

We stopped by for lunch after that coffee a couple of days earlier, when a wrong turn toward Dinard led us here. The set lunch had looked tempting, and seeing so many locals eating at midday made it seem like the place to try. We got in around 11:50, and by 12:15 it was full. There was a buffet starter and a choice of three hot main courses, with Breton Cidre or wine included. The food was authentic, delicious, and great value. The two ladies serving us were lovely. Their English was basic and our French was poor, but Google Translate helped us get by. We would have liked to try the five-course option, but I didn't have room for it. Maybe next time, and I'll skip breakfast. It's a little off the beaten track, but well worth the detour. We'll definitely come back when we're on holiday near St Malo.
