We ate at the restaurant nearly every evening. The menu and dishes were simple, but the cooking, presentation, and taste were well above average. Henri was a real gentleman and a professional at what he does; by the end he felt like a friend, so we were sad to leave. The hotel itself is fantastic, clean, modern, well equipped, and in a great location. Rooms were comfortable and very clean, with the amenities changed daily. I hope we can come back soon.

There's no gym, but a large park right next to the hotel makes a beautiful spot for a morning run, and parking is ample and free. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It feels family-oriented, so couples should expect to hear children around. Breakfast was good quality, with an excellent cheese platter and a wide fruit selection. The outdoor pool is on the small side and was full of kids, so we didn't use it.

We arrived exhausted and soaked in the middle of the night with our two kids and dog, but the reception experience was perfect. The gentleman on duty was kind, courteous, and incredibly helpful, sorting out every little request within seconds, including our duvet problem. Breakfast was phenomenal, and both the hotel facilities and location were great. Checking out and dealing with reception again went just as smoothly. Thanks, Novotel. We'll definitely be back.

It's a short walk from downtown and the port, and the place is pleasant and family-friendly. The reception staff were nice and helpful, and they helped me set up the car charging.

I've updated my review after the hotel apologized for the bathrobe incident. The stay had been good overall, but it was completely spoiled when I was falsely accused of taking a bathrobe and charged EUR 50.
