We stayed around Christmas and really didn't want to leave. The peaceful setting, incredible views and welcoming host made this one of the most special places we've stayed. The large, tasteful rooms are private, each with its own shower and WC, and a stunning outlook across the Dordogne valley. Breakfast was wonderful, especially those croissants. Nearby markets are worth a visit, and the walks through La Roque-Gageac and along the quiet forest paths are delightful. Add in the nearby chateaux and you can see why this place is such a rare find. I recommend it 100%.

Anne runs this small country house as a boutique hotel, with clean, comfortable rooms and modern amenities. The rooms also have great views of the valley. Her recommendations for local restaurants have always worked out well for us. Highly recommended!

You get kind, thoughtful service, comfort, and genuine value for money. And if you enjoy a proper, good breakfast, you won't be disappointed. If there's something you can't see, just ask.
